As I said before here you can ask for a war/ chain sab, or maybe ask for admins to clear things up about a war/ chainsab.

We are a diplomatic alliance at first instance, but if there is no other possibility, yes, we will declare war ,with pleasure, to an other player.

Another thing we have to be carefull with is that we aren't always with enough players to declare another chain a war, so be carefull with what you demand/ask or declare tp another player in our beautiful game.
